You can ask us to delete your KisanGyan account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to request it and what is removed.
How to request deletion
Email us from any address with the mobile number you registered with, and we will delete your account and associated data.
Or write to ops@kisangyan.in with your registered mobile number.
To protect your account, we may contact that mobile number once to confirm the request before deleting.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, mobile number, preferred language)
- Your farm details — location, land area, soil information
- Your crops, cultivation plans and farm-diary entries
- Your conversations with Mitra and any crop/soil photos you uploaded
- Notification tokens used to send you alerts
What may be retained

How long it takes
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, your data cannot be recovered.
